  • A machine is eight business days from the first conversation to it doing work. Day one is discovery, the build and testing fill the rest of the week, and the install happens on day eight. We do not start the clock until we have your logins. A services review is half a day, with the written plan back within three business days, and a build starts once you approve a fixed quote.
